As someone who's lived it, he provides mentorship, resources, and real support to people coming out of incarceration. Through his work in reentry and recovery services, Tavon helps men and women rebuild their lives, reconnect with families, and become productive members of their communities. He holds a master's degree and has driven across 44 states proving that a record doesn't define your future. Tavon is passionate about second chances and creating opportunities for those often overlooked.
